Trained, caring staff and volunteers are available 24 hours a day to support people impacted by sexual assault, sexual abuse, and intimate partner violence in San Luis Obispo County. Trained advocates provide confidential crisis intervention, support, and referrals, accompany survivors during medical exams, court hearings, and law enforcement interviews, connect clients with other community agencies, and provide ongoing self-sufficiency services.

If you or a loved one has been injured due to a recent sexual assault or intimate partner violence incident, seeking healthcare may be the first step. Please see our resource page for local healthcare providers. A confidential advocate can accompany survivors to any medical procedures.

Emergency Shelter

Our Emergency Shelters in Paso Robles, Atascadero, and San Luis Obispo host survivors in a safe, confidential location. Guests of the shelters and their families are offered empowerment-focused advocacy, legal services, case management, and therapy. Services are free of charge to any survivor of intimate partner violence.
