Shop with purpose.

Give with heart.

Empower survivors.

Lumina Thrift is Lumina Alliance’s new social enterprise, supporting survivors in our shelters and transitional housing while creating a steady stream of income to reduce reliance on federal funding during uncertain times.

Located at 545 Higuera Street in Thrift Store Alley, across Higuera from Fred & Betty’s, Lumina Thrift is staffed by the beloved team from The Hope Chest.

The same thoughtful curation and boutique finds that San Luis Obispo County has come to love are now helping light the way for survivors of sexual and intimate partner violence to find safety, healing, and hope.

All donations will be used where they are needed most, whether to stock our emergency shelter and transitional housing units or to help fund Lumina Alliance’s no-cost services for survivors.
