If you are not in immediate danger and would like to talk to a trained crisis counselor, or if you are interested in information about your options, call our 24-hour Crisis & Information Line at (805) 545-8888. This line is staffed around the clock, 365 days/year, by our state-certified crisis counselors.  Interpretation is available, at no charge, in most languages including American Sign Language (ASL.) Crisis and Information line staff will listen, help you make a safety plan, direct you to resources, or connect you to the Emergency Safe House if needed.

If you are concerned about a friend or family member, you can call the Crisis & Information Line as well. The crisis counselor will discuss your options and direct you to resources for your loved one.
